Develops outreach strategies, brand visibility campaigns and digital content to position Agitech as a leading name in seedling propagation. This team connects Agitech with farmers, stakeholders and development partners.

Drives direct customer engagement and regional sales activities. This team works closely with farmers, institutions, and NGOs to identify seedling needs and coordinate timely delivery.

Focuses on tree seedling propagation, sustainable land-use systems, and livestock integration. This department supports agroecological resilience and long-term environmental benefits.

SOWING MANAGER
Oversees the critical early phase of propagation ; seed selection, sowing schedules and nursery bed management, to ensure high germination rates and uniformity across batches.
GROWING

Responsible for nurturing seedlings in greenhouse and outdoor conditions. Manages watering cycles, pest control, and root zone development to deliver strong, transplant-ready plants.
